The Staging Guy Site Design
The Staging Guy is a company that focuses on helping property owners get the most value out of their real estate when selling or leasing by staging the space for the targeted demographic.
Task
The owners were dissatisfied with the style of their site (boring – black and white), it didn’t appeal to their target demographic, and didn’t reflect their capabilities as a company to stage multiple spaces at a time. I created a vibrant new aesthetic that matched the owner’s personality, incorporating solid photographic assets and great testimonials. Staging significantly helps the resale of a property. Sometimes realtors won’t present the option to their clients for fear of making themselves seem incapable or not wanting to ask the client to invest more money. These fears were continually addressed throughout the site while presenting the advantages.
